Shaft Alignment Tools in any rotating machine would help in enhancing life of couplings, bearings and seals. Our right alignment kit contains aluminum V-block that can be clamped on the hub of coupling by wing nuts. To get accurate indexing of 90 Degree, 180 Degree, 270 Degree, 360 Degree, the kit has two precision spirit levels in the V-block. To take care of different spacer lengths between couplings suitable extension pins, dial holder pins, clamps are provided. Moreover, there are two dials one is used for axial and other for radial misalignment. The rim/face method in spacer type couplings or the additional V-block in case of non spacer couplings like love joy, pin bush, tyre couplings are useful for taking both radial/axial readings. Moreover, the V-block is to be clamped on the hub of driver coupling.

THESE ARE MODULAR, SLIDING DESIGN HEAVY DUTY MECHANICAL PULLERS for removing Bearings, Gears, Pulleys and Couplings. All components are made from high grade alloy steel, forged, hardened and precision machined. These mechanical pullers have no SLIPPAGE & have very high LOAD CARRYING CAPACITY. They are available in diameter range from 100mm to 450mm and reach upto 300mm, both in 2 jaw & 3 jaw configuration. Capacity available is from 1.5 to 20 Tons. Since they are of modulardesign it is possible to increase length upto 500mm, also it permits use of special jaws for removing motor fans and chisel jaws for removing bearings having small clearance behind them.

Any bearing can be conveniently heated and mounted. small and medium-sized bearings up to 20-25mm i.d. can be cold mounted using a bearing fitting kit but any bearing having i.d. of 40mm or more must never be cold mounted. please understand bearings can cause scoring on shafts thus damaging the shaft. This happens because bearings are hard (60-62 RC) whereas shafts are generally soft. moreover forcing bearing on shaft manually or hydraulically can cause internal damage to bear. as the bearing i.d. increases beyond 40mm the interference between bearing/shaft is high and hence it is mandatory to do the hot mounting. heating causes the necessary expansion of bearing /coupling avoiding damage to both shaft and bearing.
conventionally many industries have been doing cold mounting of medium/large bearings since oil bath heating is risky, cumbersome, time taking and inaccurate. induction heaters are fast, safe, very accurate, very convenient and it is the way the “whole world works”. life of bearings and other rotating machines would considerably improve by using induction heaters.

This hydraulic tool has a unique design wherein the same tool can be used for pulling & pushing Bearings, Gears, Pulleys etc. A hollow jack is used and a suitable trolley with lifting arrangement is provided (to lift puller upto 500mm). These pullers also use forged, alloy steel hardened and precision machined elements. They are available in the diameter range up to 60mm. reach upto 500mm and capacity upto 20 tons. The puller can be easily converted to pusher by replacing puller jaws with pusher jaws (which are flat) and fixing a suitable adaptor between jack & puller.
