A drip assembly with manual on/off provides oil to bush bearings, machine slides etc. These oilers incorporate a precision needle valve by which drip rate can be set. Manual on/off toggle switch is provided. Drip rate can be adjusted from a minimum of 3 drops/minute upto 20 drops/minute by adjusting precision needle valve. Once drip rate is adjusted it can be locked by a lock nut. They are available in 15ml, 35ml & 250ml capacity. Dome is of PC* and other parts are from Brass/Carbon steel. In chain oiler a brush is fixed to the drip oiler, the brush cleans the chain and drip oiler provides oil. The brush can be replaced.
